What are the possible side effects after using this medicine?
There can be some serious and less serious side effects of this medicine. The common side effects include headache, dizziness, diarrhoea, muscular pain, dryness of mouth, nausea and vomiting, insomnia, sore throat and nasal congestion.
The uncommon side effects of serious side effects include wheezing, tightness in chest, difficulty breathing, paining chest, palpitations, anxiety, nervousness and tremors. There can be rhythm disorders of heart, extreme thirst, increased urination, discomfort and legs and muscular weakness on account of hypokalaemia. The blood pressure may become severely high which can cause severe headache, blurred vision, tinnitus, seizures.
How this medicine will interact with other drugs?
Use albuterol carefully if you are using diuretic tablets, digitalis, and other group of bronchodilators like levalbuterol, salmeterol, isoproterenol and terbutaline.
Use this medicine carefully with MAOI drugs which includes furazolidone, rasagiline and phenelzine. Tell your doctor if you are taking any other group of antidepressant drugs like amitriptyline. Combine this medicine carefully with beta-blocker drugs like metoprolol, atenolol and sotalol.
